What Causes Ovarian Pain After Undergoing Laparoscopy?

I am 36, and have always had painful and heavy periods since age 10. I had a laparoscopy beginning of march and extensive endometriosis was found and lasered away. I then started on zoladex and am due my 3rd injection at the end of May. Since the lap I have had severe pains where my ovaries are, like someone is pulling and twisting them, so bad sometimes that I cannot walk. eI ended up in AnE 2 weekends ago and they kept me in 5 days on morphine and tramadol. Is this normal to be in worse pain after lap treatment and on zolly? Wishing I hadn't had the op as it is 10x worse. Thank you
