What Causes Ovarian Pain And Pinkish Orange Vaginal Discharge?
Ok I finished my period almost a week ago & I noticed that my ovaries were hurting so I think they were my ovaries and also noticed I have a orange pinkish discharge more watery though in my panties and I inmy have one partner for the last 14 years and I can t be pregnant I had a tubal ligation 11 years ago

You were expecting spotting and this may need to be evaluated since it is bleeding in the middle of the cycle. If you are around 50 it can be caused by pre-menopause hormone imbalance. You may need to do an ultrasound to check the endothelial lining thickness.
