What Causes Pailful Hemorrhoid?

I just got out of the shower and I started to dry myself when I noticed, well I felt a piece of skin that was on my inner buttocks almost between my testicles and my anus is where it seems to be originating from. It is somewhat string like almost like a skin tag but about an inch or slightly more and thin like a string... I can t really manage to see it nor place a mirror to see the reflection of what it might really be... It is very sensitive and painful when I tried to pull it out and/or when I apply pressure to it! Any ideas what it possibly could be? Or ever hear similar symptoms of what I m vaguely trying to describe that has me worried...!!
