What Causes Pain Above Ankle And Swelling?

hello i am 24 years old. couple of weeks ago i had slight pain just above my left ankle. now it still hurts its very swallen <hi i am 24 years old. couple of weeks ago my ankle was slightly hurting. now its very pain full its very swollen and feels very warm. my right ankle is starting to have the same pain. i have not sprained it or hurt it. what do u think it is?
