What Causes Pain Above Belly Bottom ,up To The Chest And Back Of Rib Area?

Hi, my 15 year old is complaining of pain above the belly button, up to the chest area and stabbing pains in back rib area. He also appears to have a slight lump just to the left of his belly button. Headache and dizziness, but no fever. Do you think this is something that warrants a trip to the emergency room or do you think we could wait until morning when the clinic opens?
