What Causes Pain Above Pubic Bone And Stomach Bloating When Diagnosed With IBS?

I have IBS and have been experiencing flares. My stomach is bloated around my navel. I have morning pain in my back on my left side, around and below my rib cage. The most intense pain though is a pinching pain in my lower left groin area just above my pubic bone.

Hello,

Pain above the pubic bone & stomach is commonly due to UTI, pelvic inflammatory disease, ovarian cyst, fibroid, etc.

You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP. Get CBC, Urinalysis ( R/E & C/S ), Imaging tests (USG, CT, MRI) done.

You will be treated as per your symptoms & reports obtained. Take plenty of water. Avoid spicy, oily junk food, Avoid frozen or packaged food. Take fresh home made balanced food.

To ease stomach bloating, you can take Antacids & PPI's. Avoid constipation, take laxatives at bed time.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
