What Causes Pain Above The Buttocks Upon Sitting?

The top of my buttcrack hurts when i sit down or lay down on my back. And when im laying down i have to slowly change position of how i want to lay. I also have to take my time getting up n it is tender to the touch. It is slightly swollen. What does that mean? Could it be a bed bug bite? Both sides in between the top of the buttcrack is swollen.

Good day patient , probable means you have a circulatory problem because the position like yoy say make you feel pain a lot of time
