I am a 62 year old male and yesterday I fell when my ladder fell when my ladder slipped over. I fell forward and sideways approx. 3 . I had a sharp pain in my right leg above my knee and up the back of my leg toward my butt. Today my leg is very sore and I have a stabbing pain when I turn the wrong way and when I am driving and my foot is on the gas pedal. Is this consistent with a pulled or strained muscle?
