What Causes Pain Above The Navel And Loss Of Appetite?
I returned from travel 4 days ago. While in train i suffered severe loose motion and pain in my anus while passing stool, swelling too. I took Norflaxcin twice a day for two days and omiprazol. Slight relief but the motion is not normal, its sludgy. i feel slight pain above navel and heaviness is stomach, feeling loss of appetite.
As per your history is concerned it is due to minor infection so first get your stool checked and see how many PUS cell present in HPF.Take cefixime 200mg two times a day for 7 days and add lactobacillus sachet or capsules three thes a day upto 7 days.Take any antacid 3 times a day (Digine)and pain in anus is due to acidity of stool only which happens in bacterial infections .So drink sufficient ORS solutions .It will take some time for GI tract to be normal so nothing to be worried at all. Thanks
