What Causes Pain Across Forehead?

had a sudden, sharp pain across my forehead followed by a hot sweat and the feeling that i was going to black out. i was sitting down at the time, not exerting myself at all and this came out of no where. came and went but milder about 1/2 later, then noticed that things looked "dim" as if the lights had been turned down for a while.
any thoughts?

Hi dear.

I understand your concern.

Headache with sudden onset and associates with vision difficulty need to evaluate in detail.

1st thing is require is fundas examination.

It will shows any papillodeama that suggest raise in interracial tension.

MRI brain will helpful to rule out any pressure producing lesion or space occupying lesions.

treatment is depend upon type of headache and its frequency.

Go for this investigations and consult neurologist for better assistance.

Analgesic like paracetamol and diclofenac will helpful to control severe headache.
