What Causes Pain Across The Navel?

I am having pain in my left frontal area across form my belly button. It feels like something is crawling in there. I ve had this sensation since getting in the hot tub this morning. I ve had it other times also in the last few months. I ve had a CT scan (because I have an enlarged spleen due to Epstein-Barr Virus I was diagnosed with last May and nothing was noted about any mass.

with ct-scan result consult gastroenterologist give all past history and diagnosis to gastroenterologist. all your problem can be solved after clinical examination by gastroenterologist.may be MRI is requered for getting information about soft tissue.
