What Causes Pain After Cervix And Uterus Removal By Da Vinci Surgery?

My surgery was 6/13. Davinci robotic surgery. removed cervix and uterus, kept ovaries. I was cleared mid July to exercise again. Cleared mid August for intercourse. All has been going well until this week I am experience pain with sit ups. The pain doesn t seem normal. Is it too soon for sit ups?
