What Causes Pain All Over The Body?

hello, good day to you firstly, I would like to make a note about the feelings of pains all over my body. this pain reduces after i take some pain relief drugs, then some days after, its back again. This has been going on for about 3 months now. I have done malaria test, blood count, and even a widal test on 2 occasions. the results indicates i m fine but the symptoms still persist. could you help me please

you are having myalgia. may be an autoimune disorder need steroid in low dose to be tapered of may be having viral involvment which is self limiting and takes time for recovery.need not worry since all test are normal.
