What Causes Pain Along One Side Of Delivery Stitches?

i am hving pain all along one side(leftside)of delivery stitches area,pains alot while walking since 3 days,i felt the area by pressing hand feels like it is coming from underneath bone? had similar pain on the 4thday of using a vaginal cream for yeast infection,but it went away..this is similar to it its been 1 1/2 month i used it(nidagel 0.75%),symtoms tht had me use medicine was foul odor
