What Causes Pain And Black Spot In Throat Along With Bad Breath?

Hi I need help. I am 20 years old. I woke up this morning with soreness on the right side of my throat and bad breath. But wen I went to brush my teeth I saw that I had a reddish and black like.... spot or ball or something on the right side of my throat. And i feel like my breath still smells. I brushed my teeth like three times. Im freaking out. what could this be? or what could have caused this?

Consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated. You can do warm saline gargles for symptomatic relief.
