Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi i have a sharp pain with urination and i can tell there is blood in it. pain doesn t stop after i am done urinate , it last through the whole day but mild pain. i have a pain in my left side and my abdomen. pleas help. i took some antibiotics but no help at all
As you have said in your history it is most probably due to renal stone or urethral damage what I can think. You have to go for abdominal ultrasound to rule out the cause and manage accordingly. First of all I would like to say drink as much water as you can so that if some infection is there will wean off. You can take tab norflox 400 mg twice daily after meals with tab cyclopam or tab meftal-spaz twice daily after meals for pain with tab rantac or tab famotid twice daily empty stomach. Consult any surgeon as early as possible.
