General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
You could be suffering from a condition known as heamaturia (blood in the urine). There are numerous causes for painful and bloody urination which will include infection, stones present in the urinary tract, certain types of cancers, anatomical deformities or parasites.
I would recommend that you consult your doctor so that he can examine you and perform some basic investigations such as a urine assessment and ultrasound. Should both these tests be normal you should undergo a cystoscopy .....which is a camera that is inserted through the urethra and into the bladder. In this way they can visualise if there is any problem within the bladder and make further decisions from there.
