What Causes Pain And Bleeding From Foreskin Occasionally On Retracting?

Hi there. I get occasional bleeding and sometimes pain from my foreskin when retracted - always the same spot, close to where it is attached to the head. It s as if the skin has lost some of its elasticity, though the foreskin fully retracts ok. What is your advice please?

HI
Well come HCM
Paraphimosis could be the reason of this and in my opinion the only option you have is the circumcision and for that you have to see the urosurgeon, better do not disturb the skin this could worse the condition, hope this helps.
