Hi,
It seems that while doing fingering roughly due to sexual excitement there might be having some minor injury or cut giving rise bleeding.
This injury might be minor or deep cut is there.
Consult Gynaec and get physical examination done to view the injury.
After examination plan of treatment can be decided.
Ok and take care.
