What Causes Pain And Bloating In The Abdomen?

I have severe bloating of my Belly. Most of the pain is right in the center. I ve tried diff remedies 2 ease it a little, no luck. Couple of burps & pass little gas, when I do it feels a bit better. Please Help Me.
