What Causes Pain And Bloating In The Abdomen?

My brother in law has been having stomach trouble. hurting, bloating and can t go to the bathroom. The doctor can not find out what is going on. they have taken a lot of blood test and other tests. checked liver said it might be liver disease. But he is still hurting.
