What Causes Pain And Bloating In The Lower Abdomen?

I work out 5 days a week lifting weights Monday Wed & Friday. I run 1.5 miles for 20 minutes on an elliptical machine. Tues & Thursday I seem a half mile and run in the pool a half mile. My lower stomach is bloated and hard and a little bit of pain. Kind of like a cramp. When I bend over the muscles in my lower stomach get a cramp. It hurts and I stand up so it will go away.

Hello,

I feel you have gastritis or acid peptic disease.

You need to follow some below tips:
1. Do not eat spicy food.
2. Take medicines for gastritis such as Pantop, Omez or Rantac drug.
3. Take little food at frequent intervals. Breakfast around 8 am, small snack at 11 am, lunch at 1 pm, small snack at 4 pm and dinner at 8 pm.
4. Drink plenty of water.
5. Do not smoke, take alcohol or tobacco and even excess of coffee and tea.
6. Do not take much of stress. Stress aggravates gastritis.
7. Do regular exercise, at least half an hour per day.
8. Learn meditation techniques.
9. Follow this regularly for 21 days. It is said that anything you practice regularly for 21 days becomes a habit.
