Hello and welcome to HCM, Pain, stinging sensation and bleeding after urinating is suggestive of urinary tract infection (UTI). Sexual intercourse may the cause of UTI. I suggest you to get an urine examination to look for infection. If there is evidence of infection, a culture with drug sensitivity may be required. Till that time refrain from unprotected sex and practice only protected sex. Thus consult your primary healthcare provider for a clinical assessment, prescription of tests and management.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja Puri
