What Causes Pain And Bloody Discharge From The Penis During Urination?

Hi yes this last week ive been experiencing a weird sensation on my penis as if something was dripping when i pulled back the skin i saw it was discharge... this went on for some days coming and going. I then experienced pain during urination and it stopped. I recently went to the bathroom and the pain came again but this time as I waited sitting down a bloody mucus substance came out.
