What Causes Pain And Bruise In The Bottom Of The Foot?

I m 56 female 5 7 , 128 lbs. the bottom of my feet hurt if I get up in the night and first half hour in the morning. My feet feel like they are bruised but look fine. I have low blood pressure and am not on any medications. Heart rate averages 64 (according to my fit bit).

Hello,

There are many reasons for the bruising and pain in your foot. I suggest you to wear comfortable shoes, elevate the leg, use ibuprofen and ice pack. If you don't feel better take an X ray.
