What Causes Pain And Bump On Foot After An Injury?

I twisted my mid foot in track. I throw the javelin. I have stabbing cramping type pain that can range from moderate to severe. Also I sometimes get shooting Pain. There is a bump on the top of my foot where it is most tender. I can barely move my toes also. It is also swollen but not bruising. I think it is a fracture, what do u think?
