What Causes Pain And Bump On Top Right Of Testicle?
Hi, I ve been having pain in my left testicle... It s been going on for 4 days and i once ejaculated and i felt a sharp pain. I stopped masturbating and i still feel a ache, very uncomfortable especially when i lay down. I did a self exam and i felt this tiny bump on the top right, but it feels on a vein? I m not sure the difference and the bottom i felt a line i think its a vein.

Based on the facts pain in left testicle is likely to be due to infection of Epididymis (Epididymitis).
You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily for a week.
Ensure to drink more water.It should get cured within a week.
