What Causes Pain And Burning Sensation In Anus During Bowel Movement?

Hello Doctor,I am Praveen. I facing pain and burning sensation in my anus (bowel movement path), as a result of a mistake from my end.What happened was...I had some slight burning sensation in my anus during bowel movement. As a response to this, I applied undiluted antiseptic liquid (Dettol) directly in this area. After this, the burning basically became unbearable with lot of pain. There is slight bleeding as well. From what I read in the internet, it seems to be case of Chemical burn from the undiluted antiseptic liquid. I have currently applied some cream to reduce the pain. But feeling lot of burn during bowel movement. Please suggest the best course of action that I can take to cure myself. I am struggling sir...Please suggest. Looking forward to your reply. Thanks,

Hi, if i were your treating doctor then i would suggest
1) To apply cream containing lignocaine, which would help a lot.
2) using stool softeners and tablet such as omeperazole may help a bit.
3) If pain is to great extent consult your physician, to check out fissure and other related conditions.
