What Causes Pain And Burning Sensation In Chest?

28 yr old female been having chest pain, tightness, pressure, and burning sensation sometimes in my chest and upper mid back....for the past week and a half i have been feeling this in my chest and back but it is getting worse as the days progress it is being accompanied by my body just feeling tired all the time i have been going to sleep at 730 somenights because im soo exhausted....do i need to go to the hospital
