HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, your symptoms of drowsiness could be due to the drug (Peragabalin) if this is the history of diabetes then blood sugar level needs to be managed on tight rule basis instead of taking nerve pain killing medicines in my opinion better to have a word with doctor, if it is possible to reduce the dose of drug and maintain normal blood glucose level, hope this information helps, take care.
I find this answer helpful
