What Causes Pain And Burning Sensation In The Body?

A close friend of mine is getting a reputation as a hypochondriac, but I think something is going on....symptoms she talks about: burning and pain throughout her body, appears to intensify with caffeine, alcohol, or smoking. Extreme tiredness but rarely sleeping for more than an hour at a time. Feelings sometimes of inertia and/or dizziness. Now today she has two blackish eyes ... both on the inside of the eyes running up the outside of the bridge of her nose. She has seen doctors but none of them have found anything yet .... i don t know what to advise her but I m starting to get nervous....seems to be intensifying.

Hi,

By your history and description, she might be having some psychological issue like depression, anxiety or panic disorder. So better to take her to psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions. Try to identify stressor in her life and start working on its solution.

She may need anxiolytic and anti depressant drugs. Don't worry, she will be alright with all these.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
