What Causes Pain And Burning Sensation In The Lungs On The Left Side?

I am having some apparently rare symptoms and in desperate need of help. I am 36yrs old. I have mild copd according to ct scan. Recently ive been having alot of problems w my left lung. Intense cloud of Burning in lung and sinus, feel detached from reality, dizzy, lung is holding air, at times entire lung will fill w air and cant breath (taking prednisone causes this also), feel as though something is closed off in lung- painful spots. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

The growth seen in the CT scanis most likely the one giving you problem. First it's important to get know what it is so that you solve it
For copd its Bette to visit chest specialist for advise
further tests are very important.

Confirm the oxygen concentration
Do chest x Ray ti confirm the heart and lung
Full haemogram . Confirm if there us bacterial infection
Its better to rule out TB
Do D-Dimmier to rule of pulmonary Embolism due to lack of oxygen
