What Causes Pain And Burning Sensation In The Thoracic Area?

I am having constant pain and burning in my spine thoracic area, mid back, not muscle related. Often times both feet are tingling when I get out of bed in morning. Symptoms for 3 -4 months, started suddenly and not aware of any acute injury. Thank you so much!

As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.
If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
