What Causes Pain And Burning Sensation In The Upper Back?

For over a week I have had upper back pain / mild burning sensation. That same feeling is in my shoulders and sometimes in my neck. Also when I wake up in the morning almost all of my joints ache. I am a 54 yr old female. Any ideas what is happening to me?

I understand your concern. follow me first, you have to check your cardiovascular perfusion special status of the heart, the second may be lighter than you should check the thick weeds and esophagus.
