My left breast has had pain it for about a year. It s quite random, sometimes it burns and sometimes it s a bit painful, like an ache. It feels odd for some reason most of the time. I have a lump that was checked by the GP and I had an ultrasound. They said they couldn t see anything It really worries me but I feel silly going back again

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Pain and lump in the breast can be benign or malignant condition. If ultrasound is showing no lump, then it is highly unlikely to have one.
However, I would suggest you to get a mammogram done and further consult an oncologist to get properly examined, investigated and treated.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
