Hello,

Your lower back pain and burning sensation when you wake up is a sign of gastritis. As your periods have been delayed for more than 2 weeks, sometimes, this is clinically expressed with the symptoms you are feeling (premenstrual syndrome). Continue taking the tablets your doctor gave, take antacid when you have burning sensation and after meal. Buscopan or Spasmex can help relieve the pain.

Apply warm clothing on your tummy and back. Soak your feet on warm-to-hot water can also help relieve the pain. This will come to an end when your periods will come.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini
