What Causes Pain And Cracking Sound In The Ankle?

Hi Doctor

i have a concern with my left anckle................i can crack it all the time and sometimes when i am relaxing whatching TV and move my foot,it give off a loud crack and sometimes kinda sore.

I do gym alot and i do lift weights so i am very active at the gym
