What Causes Pain And Cracking Sound In The Arm?

I was in a car accident 4 years ago. I has PT services and was d/c d/t meeting maximal potential. Lately im experiencing pain to the arm that was effective. I m hearing a cracking sound with slight ROM. I am however able to maneuver my arm but there is pain to the area...what should in do??

You need to be investigated for that.Just do some x ray for ur arm for any joint dislocation or mal united fracture.If there is any abnormality consult orthopedic Dr.If everything is normal Do physiotherapy for that.Hope it may help u.
