What Causes Pain And Cracking Sound On The Right Side Of The Throat?

When I press the right side of my throat I can feel click. This only occurs when I do this on the right side. It does not produce pain, and I have no lumps in the neck or difficulty with breathing or swallowing. The only othe symptom that could be related in right side ear discomfort but it is very mild. Any thoughts?

Your concern is not a specific one. However if you have recently had ear problem probably an ENT specialist might explain better the actual situation. However in my opinion this is not a serious problem.
