Hi! I have aches & pains all over my Body from Head to my Toes with also, Muscle Pain, Muscle Spasms&Muscle Cramps. I have Sometimes, Headaches or Aching Pains in my Head. Sometimes, I have Eye Pains. I believe the Pains or in my Bones and Joints, and seem like the Pains & Aches are also, in my Flesh, Period. When, I sit up in my Bed, I experience, Numbness, starting from my Right Bottom, and goes down to my Right Leg on down to my Right Lower Leg to my Right Back-Bottom Foot. When, I am in bed or out of bed Sitting around, all of a Sudden, I will experience a Foot Cramp, and if, I don t get up and start moving around, It will get Worse or it will get in the Other Leg, by Going up in my Leg and Turn into Muscle Spasms, and Going into the Other Leg. Also, when just laying Down in Bed, and make an all the sudden or just a move, it will happen, the Foot Cramps or the Muscle Spasms.
