What Causes Pain And Cramps In Upper Abdomen Before Food Intake?

I have what feels like hunger pains in the upper abdomen area, and cramping. When i know its time to eat the pains give me a sick feeling that puts me off food. I eat anyway and the pains are better but half an hour later they go back to the way they were. I ve had this for 2 days almost 3

hi sir, welcome to HCG, its due GERD( gastroesophageal reflux disease), dont skip ur meals, irregular timings of food, junk food avoid these. rabekind dsr once before breakfast... for 21 days... thank u
