What Causes Pain And Difficulty In Walking?

Hi, I need some help I can hardly walk from the pain in my lower back and across my hips, my legs hurt when walking, I had a MRI 3/21/2011 it show at T12-L1 Level there is a posterior disc bulge/ osteophyte complex causing mild compression on the ventral sac surface, at the L2-L3 level postoperative changes of L2 laminectomy are again noted there is a posterior disc bulge osteophyte complex and facet hypertrophy, causing mild compression on the thecal sac and mild right neural foraminal narrowing, at the L3-L4 level there is a posterior disc bulge/osteophyte complex and facet hypertrophy causing mild compression on the thecal sac, could this be the reason I am in so much pain, I had surgery in 2008 for severe spinal stenosis, a week later it had ruptured and had to be redone, in 2009 I had a cervical neck fusion, could what I told you about the MRI be what is causing me not being able to walk. Thank You Tammy
