What Causes Pain And Discomfort In Collar Bone?

hi I had a pretty bad snowmobile accident. I fell on my right shoulder( which was outstreched) and now i have alot of pain and discomfort on my coller bone and around my neck where my coller bone conects. I had an x-ray and am waiting for a ct scan.My chest mucels are swollen around the bone. Can you help me figure out what the problem might be.
