What Causes Pain And Discomfort In The Eyes?

I have had a feeling of something sharp being stuck in my eyes; first one then the other. I tried bathing them in tepid water to see if I could wash it out. Now both eyes are burning, I feel like I have glass in one eye and it s extremely painful. This is the 4th day and the worst. Ai have to tilt my head back to see. When my eyes are almost closed or closed they. Feel better. Can you help?

it can be a foreign body. it is not possible see by your self. get your eye examined by eye doctor.if foreign body-detected it can be removed. apply refresh eye tear drop and neosporine eye ointment in both eye.

it can be foreign body in cornea and need to be examined by eye doctor. can apply ofloxacin.3%eye drop 6 hourly if foreign body detected then it can be removed. other wise eye drop is to be continued and followup examination is to be done.
