What Causes Pain And Discomfort In The Left Arm?

I am having discomfort in my left arm. I have been thinking it was muscle strain.Howeverit begins hurting when I am not exerting myself. It is sore towards the backside of my arm and moves down my arm. I tire easily without exertion.Feeling somewhat fatigued. I take Lovaza, valsartin 160/25 hct, statin 10 mg daily. Should I go to my cardiologist or wait to see if My symptoms improve?

you are taking star tin can gofor hypertensive profile and look for serum cholesterol lipid profile. can take lowprin daily for 15days.take ECG and with all investigation report consult cardiologist, for examination and advise on treatment.
