What Causes Pain And Discomfort In The Lower Abdomen?

I have had lower abdomen/pelvis pain & discomfort for the last 3 weeks, was prescribed anitobotics which seemed to improve things somewhat, but now the pain has returned & I am having a thick vaginal discharge. CT Scan done 6 fays ago showed no infection in my abdomen, but did show several cysts on my left ovary.

Hi,

Pain and discomfort in lower abdomen are in concern with pedicle pain from the ovarian cysts.

In our clinic, I recommend
- Hormone medications to cure ovarian cysts
- Antibiotic according to the swab culture obtained from vaginal discharge
- Hydration maintenance
- Local part care with sitz bath of gentian violet

Regular periodic evaluation with follow up CT scan is mandatory to see the progress of the ovarian cysts.
