Hi , Dr . I m 23 years old , I am having problem , uneasiness in my neck area where head joins neck , and also shoulders , there is constant feeling of cramp in that whole portion . it is there since a month . I face difficulty in chewing and swallowing food as , on chewing it begins to pain more and gives a feeling of uneasiness. I can t move my head side ways. The more I try the pain and uneasiness increases. Also I am having mucos all the time , feels like stuck between nose and throat , this also pose difficulty for me to swallow food. The pain also increases if I get cold . I had an X ray, MRI scan done , on consultation with doctor but it was normal . I don t know whether both cough and cramp thing are interrelated or not , Please doctor can you suggest what problem might be..
