What Causes Pain And Discomfort In The Right Foot?
Hi my name is Ralph. I am 65 years old and about 50 pounds over-weight, under Doctors care for HBP and Diabetes 2....Last two days my right foot toe has been devastateing me with pain and discomfort, pain medication, aspirin, over counter meds. give very little help for pain control. ?What do YOU recommend, what can help?

Hi,
I suppose you may be having a gout attack. You can send me a photo of it. You should do also blood tests to confirm it. Keep a diet with low purines. Use Indomethacine and Colchicine for pain. Use Allopurinol to treat it.
