Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Why does it feel like someone is squeezing both of my testicals on and off and not at the same time I've also had a vasectomy and went to a doc and they said I have a cyst on my left side that pretty much they can't do anything about and on the right side something that could be pre cancerous
As per your description it seems that you have a minor clinical condition called "epididymal cyst".It is a benign (non cancerous) disease and nothing to worry in it.However we have to rule out some diseases like "varicocele" and torsion before commencing the treatment. I suggest you to consult a urologist or a general surgeon and get the following done. USG advised: USG is done to rule out torsion testis. We can also look for the presence varicole and hydrocele. Go for USG with dopplar You need to do the following untill the USG is done: Avoid tight inner wear. Take simple analgesics like ibuprofen or aspirin. Avoid high temperature exposure to scrotum as prolonged bike riding. Hope this information helps. Regards.
