What Causes Pain And Discomfort In The Wrist?

I m having moderate pain and restricted mobility in my right wrist/hand. Most the discomfort is on the top of my hand between my wrist and first finger. Feels like a bone or tension. I cannot bend my hand back as far as I used to. Seems like a restriction.

You have problem of wrist movement restrictions and pain that may be because of bone facture or other condition.

Nerve compression also cause restriction in movement.

Take x ray of wrist so detect any bone problem.
Consent a physician for further diagnosis.
Proper history and investigation give exact idea.
